ABOUT DEVONEY SCARFE

I'm a part-time creative director, part-time pie maker and full-time time mum. I'm an obsessively early arriver and lover of a late night kitchen boogie. I’m very interested in that grey area where food meets art. Baking is a way to nurture my creativity and to connect with people - both around the world and down the road. It’s also a bloody good excuse to eat pies!

I have a Fine Arts degree and started my working life in art departments in the film industry. After having children, I ran my own cake making business for a few years. Today I work as a creative director part-time, and in my spare time make and photograph extravagant fantasy baking.
